Here at Etude Academy, we take the health and wellbeing of our students and their families, as well as our staff, very seriously.  Etude Academy has adopted the following safety practices to help keep everyone healthy:


  • masks are optional in the studio

  • students may request instructor to wear a mask for the duration of their lesson time

  • we prefer that the student be the only party in the lesson, but a sole parent can be accommodated

  • students MUST sanitize hands before touching instrument

  • IF YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR IMMEDIATE FAMILY IS ILL PLEASE LET US KNOW AND A VIRTUAL LESSON WILL BE GIVEN IN LIEU OF IN-PERSON

  • if your instructor is ill, a virtual lesson will be given in lieu of an in-person lesson

Cancellation AND WEATHER Policy


At Étude Academy, we are reserving an agreed-upon, recurring lesson slot for each student every week and providing a highly skilled instructor in a professional studio setting.  Because of this, we do NOT offer make-ups or re-scheduling opportunities for students who occupy a reserved, weekly time-slot, even with advance notice.  If a permanent, long term schedule change is needed, we will facilitate that as the schedule allows.  For our students to realize the full potential of their investment in lessons, attendance at lessons MUST be a priority and commitment.


In the event of inclement weather, students OR instructors may initiate a virtual lesson in lieu of an in-person lesson.


In the unlikely event  the instructor is unable to attend the scheduled lesson, the student will be granted a makeup lesson at a mutually agreeable time.

Here at Étude Academy, students may begin lessons at  any time and are offered in two convenient scheduling options:  Monthly or Schedule-As-YouG0.  We accept the following forms of payment:  Cash, Check, PayPal and Venmo.  Credit Card payments are accepted through PayPal and Venmo.  Any fees related to Credit Card payments are the responsibility of the student. 


MONTHLY LESSON RATES


Students are expected to commit to a weekly lesson slot and will be billed monthly at the end of the previous month.  The Academy MUST be informed in writing one month prior to any discontinuation of lessons to avoid being charged for the next month's lessons,


Per family per month:


  •  30 minute lesson $200
  • 45 minute lesson $260
  • 60 minute lesson $380
  • 75 minute lesson $400
  • 90 minute lesson $450
  • 120 minute lesson $600

               (*$5 additional charge for travel lessons)

*Lesson packages are nonrefundable and non transferable, with the exception of to an immediate family member.  Packages expire one year from purchase.
